How is the gift card delivered?

During checkout, you can choose to have the gift card sent directly to the recipient by email. Just click on “I want to send this as a gift.” Alternatively, you can receive a printable version by ticking the “I’d like a printable version” box. In that case, we’ll send the gift code to your email address.

Can the gift card be used on all products?

Yes, the gift card applies to our entire range. The recipient can pick out exactly what they need to organise and enhance their home.

Can I return the gift card?

Yes, you can return the gift card within 30 days. Just get in touch with us, and we’ll take care of it for you.

How do I redeem the gift card?

In the shopping cart, you’ll find a field to enter the gift code. The value of the gift card will then be automatically deducted from the total amount.

Can I personalise the gift card?

Yes, if you’re sending the gift card directly to the recipient via email, you can add a personal note during checkout. If you choose the printable version, you can always write a personal message by hand before giving it.

How do I receive the printable version of the gift card?

If you tick the “I’d like a printable version” box, we’ll send the template with the gift code to your email address. You can then print it out and gift it.

How long is the gift card valid for?

Please note that your gift card has a maximum validity of 3 years from the day it is purchased.

How do returns work?

If you are not satisfied with a product, you have 30 days to return it or exchange it free of charge. Simply contact our customer service (office@simpleas.me) to start the process.
