You can simply enter your discount code at the checkout before you enter your delivery and payment method. You will find the field for entering the code directly below the overview of the selected products. In most cases, the discount codes apply to the regular prices and cannot be combined with other offers.

After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirms receipt of your order and contains all the relevant details.

We currently deliver to Germany, Austria and the United Kingdom.

Our deliveries are free of charge on orders over £50. On orders below £50, there's a delivery fee of £5,90.

In Germany, Austria & the United Kingdom, the delivery time is usually a maximum of 2 working days.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking information as soon as your parcel has left our warehouse.

If you are not satisfied with a product, you have 30 days to exchange it free of charge. Simply contact our customer service (office@simpleas.me) to start the process.

Returns are free of charge for the first 30 days after ordering.

To arrange a return, please contact our customer service(office@simpleas.me). We will assist you with the returns process and send you a return label via email.

Once we have received your return, the refund will be made to your original payment method within 5 working days.
